He ran a project for me at my two storey Victorian home on a 400sq m corner block at 1 Second Ave Brunswick some four years ago.

I've just posed seven questions. I can't answer the questions for David Saric's counterparts. But I can for Saric.
In terms of my experience with him on the Brunswick project, the answers are: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes
